Doctor of Dental Surgery from A.T. Still University's Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health. Master of Business Administration, healthcare concentration. Practicing dentist and multi-practice owner/operator with hands-on experience buying, operating, and selling dental practices.
I have sat across from term sheets and buyer conversations where the details mattered more than the headline number. The guides on this site are my attempt to put the hard-learned lessons in writing so the next dentist doing this has a better starting point than I did.
What this site is and is not
It is: written from practical experience, organized around the decisions a selling owner actually has to make, current to 2026 market conditions.
It is not: legal advice, tax advice, or a substitute for a dental-specific transaction attorney and CPA. If you are actively in a sale process, read this site, then hire the professionals who will close the deal.
